Introduction
SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. wishes to inform website users of its policy regarding the processing and protection of the personal data of users and customers collected when they view the website, use the services offered on it, social media and other electronic means.

SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. informs its users that personal data may be collected mainly by sending an email to rrhh@syrtrans.es, provided that some personal data are included in it, as well as through the forms included on the website in which SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. is identified as the controller of the data collected through them.
SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. informs website users that whether completion of all requested data is optional or mandatory will be indicated in advance.
If you do not want SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. to process your personal data for the stated purpose, please refrain from completing the forms on the website. Purpose of collection and processing of personal data
SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. informs the user that data processing is carried out for the following purposes:
- To handle and respond to communications or requests received either by email or through the Website form.
- Regarding personal data provided through the “Work with us” form, these will form part of a file owned by SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. for the proper management of the SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. job pool, to facilitate the placement of candidates or job seekers and to involve them in recruitment processes carried out by SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. Profiles will also be created with the CV data provided. SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. may contact third-party companies mentioned in the curriculum in order to verify professional development.
- Maintenance of records of commercial relationships.
- To carry out advertising and commercial prospecting actions.
- Likewise, SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. will record and retain the IP address from which the User provided their personal data and subsequent connections, as well as the timestamps of registration and subsequent connections, for the purpose of proving the said consent, as well as verifying the User’s behaviour and use of the SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. Service. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. Your IP address is also used to help identify you within a particular session and to gather general demographic information.
Automated individual decisions
SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. does not use fully automated decision-making processes to establish, develop or terminate a contractual relationship with the customer. In order to offer you products and/or services in line with your interests and improve your user experience, we may create a “commercial profile” based on the information provided. However, no automated decisions will be taken on the basis of that profile.
Lawful basis
The lawful basis for processing personal data is the user’s consent through acceptance of the privacy policy and cookie policy and the submission of their personal data. The user may withdraw consent at any time.
Confidentiality and security
The personal data processed will not be used for other ends or purposes.

Data communicated through the website or a form must be accurate and up to date; updating them is the sole responsibility of users.
Exercise of rights
SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A. informs you that users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability through any of the following means:
- Exercise of these rights by the user must be carried out by sending a written communication, together with a photocopy of the National Identity Document or another legally valid means of proving the user’s identity, to the following address: SYRTRANS LOGISTICA S.A., Calle Onteniente 14 PI Fuente del Jarro, CP 46988, Paterna (Valencia). Such communication shall contain the following information:
- User’s full name.
- Request specifying the application.
- Address for notifications, date and signature of the user.
- Documents supporting the request, where applicable.
- By email to rrhh@syrtrans.es, to which a communication must be sent from the account registered in our files. Such communication shall contain the same information as indicated in the previous paragraph.
Retention period
Customers’ identifying personal data are retained for as long as a contractual relationship with the customer is maintained, they remain registered for the service or have not expressly requested cancellation of the data, and always within the minimum period required by law.
Contact data will be retained indefinitely until cancellation has been expressly requested.
Collected data will be deleted when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected or recorded. If collected data are intended to be used for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, the prior consent of the data subjects will be requested.
Minors
Through the forms we do not collect date of birth or age, so only adults may send us their personal data, or otherwise authorisation from a parent or guardian must be sent.
Guarantees of digital rights
As established by Act 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights:
- Users of the Website and social media have the right to the security of the communications they transmit and receive over the Internet, and everyone has the right to freedom of expression on the Internet.

- Every person has the right to have personal data concerning them that have been provided by third parties for publication by social media services and equivalent information society services erased when they are inadequate, inaccurate, irrelevant, out of date or excessive, or have become so over time, taking into account the purposes for which they were collected or processed, the time elapsed and the nature and public interest of the information.

It may be necessary to update this Privacy Policy; therefore, you should review this policy periodically and, if possible, each time you access the Website in order to be properly informed about the type of information collected and its processing.
