Use of the website.
Access to and/or use of this SYRTRANS portal confers USER status. From such access and/or use, the USER accepts these General Terms of Use. These Terms apply independently of any General Contracting Conditions that may also be binding.
The portal www.syrtrans.es provides access to a wide range of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to SYRTRANS or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or contents. In such registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of registration, the USER may be given a password for which they shall be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially.
The USER undertakes to make proper use of the contents and services that SYRTRANS offers through its portal and not to use them, among other things, to (1) engage in unlawful, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (2) disseminate content or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, illegally pornographic, that apologises for terrorism or that violates human rights; (3) cause damage to the physical or logical systems of SYRTRANS, its suppliers or third parties; (4) introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage; (5) attempt to access and, where applicable, use other users’ email accounts and modify or manipulate their messages.
SYRTRANS reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that undermine respect for human dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist or pornographic, that harm young people or children, public order or safety, or that, in its judgement, are not suitable for publication. In any event, SYRTRANS shall not be liable for opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or other participation tools.
Website access and passwords
As a general rule, prior registration as a User is not required to access and use the website, without prejudice to the fact that such subscription or registration may be required to use certain services or contents.
User data obtained through registration are protected by passwords chosen by the users. The User undertakes to keep their password secret and to protect it from unauthorised use by third parties. The User must immediately notify SYRTRANS of any unauthorised use of their account or any security breach related to the website service of which they become aware. SYRTRANS adopts the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the protection of personal data and to prevent their alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed, all in accordance with Spanish personal data protection legislation.

SYRTRANS, as data controller, wishes to inform website users of the policy applied to the processing of all personal data provided through website forms, social media or other electronic or paper means.
Right to information and personal data protection
SYRTRANS, as data controller, in compliance with the Spanish Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter LOPD), its implementing regulations and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, informs users and persons related to the entity of the policy applied to the processing of all personal data provided to the Data Controller on the terms set out below.
Type of information we collect
We collect information through web forms, social media, etc., to provide better services to all our users. We generally request personal information such as your name, tax ID, postal address, email address and telephone number to store it in our files.
Data categories: personal identification data, business activity data, transactional and accounting data.
Purpose of the file
All requested data will be processed in the Controller’s files and will be necessary to:
- Respond to requests made by our customers.
- Offer the opportunity to take part in draws and competitions, and to access countless exclusive benefits for our customers.
- Carry out customer, administrative, accounting and tax management.
- Inform you of news about products and services that may be of interest.

Automated individual decisions
The data controller does not use automated decision-making processes to establish, develop or terminate a contractual relationship with you. Retention period

Intellectual and industrial property.
SYRTRANS, as owner or assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights in the website www.syrtrans.es and in the elements contained therein (in particular, texts, images, designs, logos, videos, software, audio, sound; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programmes necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), belonging to SYRTRANS or its licensors. All rights reserved. Pursuant to Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act, reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the express authorisation of SYRTRANS, is prohibited.
The USER undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by SYRTRANS. The USER may view the portal elements and even print, copy and store them on their computer hard drive or any other physical medium solely and exclusively for personal and private use. Disclaimer of warranties and liability.

Applicable law and jurisdiction.
These General Terms shall be governed by Spanish law. Relations between SYRTRANS and the USER, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply, are submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals determined by law in each case, for any issues that may arise or actions that may be brought arising from the provision of the Portal service and its products and contents and regarding the interpretation, application, performance or breach of what is set out here. If the User is domiciled outside a Member State of the European Union, SYRTRANS and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Valencia.
